Welcome to the South Summit District!

Hello South Summit families! I’m thrilled to share all the exciting ways we’re building community and making this season unforgettable for our young athletes. We have fantastic fundraising opportunities planned, including a Fatboy fundraiser and a “Friday Night Lights” scrimmage with our neighboring districts, Wasatch and Park City, which promises to be a fun, spirited event for all! We make sure every player, especially new ones, feels welcomed and supported—our coaches are patient, inclusive, and dedicated to helping each child grow. For those looking to improve, we organize early scrimmages with Wasatch and share information on camps, including those at BYU and the U of U, and I’d love to get a local camp going as well. South Summit is incredibly fortunate to have strong family and community support—your involvement makes all the difference! Volunteer opportunities are plentiful, from helping with concessions and running the chains to organizing treats, and our “shut out” pizza night has been a big hit. Here’s to another amazing season, full of growth, excitement, and community spirit!
