Practice Schedule
Mandatory weighs Ins: Monday, August 4th, beginning at 6pm – specific time for each team TBD. If you miss this date, must coordinate with District VP and go attend another district’s weigh-in during the week. Either way, if player does not weigh-in by 8/9, they cannot play in the first game.
Team Pictures: Tuesday, August 12th 6-8pm – specific time for each team TBD.

Other Helpful Info:
Volunteering – Each team will be asked to participate in our concession stand (Goody Wagon). This may occur more than once depending on how many games we will be allowed to host on our home field. Please help your coach and team mom out by participating when asked.
This league is run by parent volunteers, and we are always looking for help with field setup/cleanup, selling apparel, Goody Wagon setup/extra help, and any other game day help we may need. If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, please let us know! We’d be happy to have you!
Fundraising – You will be given a fundraising packet at the beginning of the season. Please remember that fundraising helps us obtain new equipment to keep our players safe, which is our main goal.
Teams Fees – Each player will have a team fee approx $150; this is not included in your registration cost. This covers a player gift, coaches gift, Goody Wagon tickets (for after every game).
Registration Fees – Cover equipment rentals, two game jerseys and pants (yours to keep), socks, team photo and two player lanyards, field rental, referee fees, insurance, etc. at no extra cost to you. We NEVER want a player to go without, if this is not something you can cover or can only pay part of the fees, please talk with your coach or one of our executive board members.
